Fernando & Sorocaba are a sertanejo (country music) duo from Brazil. Fernando is Fernando Zorzanello Bonifácio (born April 21, 1984 in Ji-Paraná-RO) and Sorocaba is the stage name of Fernando Fakri de Assis (born September 15, 1980 in São Paulo-SP). Fernando began singing when he was living in Cuiabá-MT, where he moved at the age of 15, and Sorocaba began when he was on the faculty of agronomy, in Londrina.
